My new axe (Bass guitar that is)

After many months of trying to decide wich electric guitar to buy, I changed direction an bought a bass. My first bass, after been playing guitar for about 6 years.
It´s the Stagg Xb300 with the Gothic Black finish, and I was really caught by its design. Because of its looks it is more suitable for metal in general, even though you can play anything you want on it, but it just wont fit well with softer rock and things like that.
I have it for 2 months now and i have to say i am impressed with it since its kinda a low budget bass,(costed me 210€ ) and i wasnt expecting it to be as good as it is. I played a friends Gibson Thunderbird wich costed way more than mine and even though I could see it had a better finish and was a better product then the Xb300 I dont think the price difference compensates. It feels comfortable playing both sitting and standing, and the only thing I dont like and dont understand is why the bass buzzes and does a "click" sound when I touch the strings when I put the tone knob at the max, or even move it slightly. Now I just play with it full off, this way I dont get this weird noises and also I prefeer the sound that way.
To play this little beast electrically I connect it to my Marshall Mb15 Amp, and Im able to get some good tones out of it. Cant really complain about the amplifier, for its price it is probabily one of the best, besides that I always loved Marshall Amps.
